Picture it, the year was 2009 and owner/operator Rick Pollack had finally brought his dream to fruition. A UNLV Alumni with a background in Hospitality and Food & Beverage and long-time Summerlin resident, he wanted to create the perfect hybrid of a family friendly restaurant and serious gaming bar right in his own backyard. Thus, The Edge Of Town was born.

We opened our doors in March 2009, despite being told we were crazy opening a new business during an economic recession. The Edge has stood strong ever since, surviving many ups and downs powered by dedicated individuals whos passion and loyalty to the business know no bounds. We are proud to serve our community, and to host a warm, welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home. Cheers to you, and many more years of The Edge!
